- All Repairs Discounted 15%
- All other service calls discounted 15%
Standard Plus Service Agreements
Our Standard Plus Agreements include the following:
- Convenient Scheduling
- Priority Scheduling over Non-Contract customers
- Clean condenser coils in spring
- System Tune-Up 2 per year
- Includes Standard 1″ filter
- All Repairs Discounted 15%
- All other service calls included with qualifying repair at NO CHARGE
- Spring Tune-Up Includes Freon (R410a only) until June 1st
Complete Coverage Agreements
Our Complete Coverage Agreements include the following:
- Convenient Scheduling

- System Tune-Up 2 per year
- Repairs included are: Freon Leaks, Circuit Boards, Motors (Condenser and Evaporator), Relays, Contactors, Transformers, etc.
- Includes Standard 1″ filter
- All Repairs Discounted 15%
- All Other Service Calls Discounted 15%
- All Necessary repairs covered.
Everything is covered except 6 items: Compressor, Heat Exchanger, Condenser Coil, Evaporator Coil, Sheet Metal Items/Ductwork, ECM/Variable Speed Motors & Controllers. Repairs on equipment older than 10 years will receive a 50% discount off regular repair prices. R22 refrigerant is not included.
